The Courage to Soar program is for Indigenous women who are survivors/at risk of domestic violence and require support to identify practical holistic steps to education and training opportunities and career options. It offers support to women who want to empower their economic lives.

Under the Courage to Soar Program, Minwaashin Lodge is offering training and career development opportunities to highly motivated and committed candidates interested in pursuing a career in Office Administration. What does Courage to Soar offer?

Full tuition and textbook sponsorship for the Office Administration Program at Algonquin College. Note: Eligible applicants are required to have a source of income in place for living expenses before entering the training program.
Minwaashin Lodge offers a 7-month Administrative Assistant program with a 90-day paid Federal Government Job placement

Access to academic, advocacy, referral and peer support before, during and after training.
