Transitional and Housing Support
We provide Housing First Services to unhoused Indigenous women and their children. Our Housing First clients are referred to us by Wabano (opens in new tab). In addition to the services provided to unhoused adults, we have a Youth Housing First worker who serves unhoused Indigenous youth. We also have Transitional Support workers who provide support and tend to the practical needs of women who have left the shelter and are housed.
The Transitional Support and Housing Program is designed to help you with practical supports such as:
