Zaagigi

Zaagigi is a 2SLGBTQIA+ youth group, focusing on culture and life skills. "Zaagigi", In Anishinaabemowin, means "to plant a seed to grow into your beautiful self", and that's exactly what we like to cultivate for our youth; support in their identities and a safe space to connect to their culture, and how both intertwine. We advocate for safe space in ceremony and inclusive teachings.

Programming

Zaagigi runs every Thursday evening (4:30pm to 6:30pm, timing flexible depending on the activity).
